What time can I arrive at the hotel and leave the hotel?
Check-in starts at 14.00, and check-out is until 11.00. If your arrival or departure time does not coincide with this schedule, you can always leave your luggage at the reception.
Is there an airport shuttle service?
A shuttle service to / from Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost.
What credit cards are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Diners, Si Card, Master Card, etc.) except JBC.
Are pets allowed?
Small / medium size pets are allowed
Are there cots in the rooms?
Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
Can you arrange events upon request?
Yes, our staff is at your disposal for any event and tour of Rome, in a group or individually. We can order tickets for concerts, football matches, exhibitions and other special events for you.
Does the hotel offer internet access?
Yes, free Wi-Fi connection is available in all rooms and in all public areas of the Hotel. In addition, we offer in each room a free smartphone for the entire stay.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is available for an extra charge of € 9; it can be purchased directly from the hotel reception or added online at the time of booking.
What time is breakfast served?
A breakfast buffet is served from Monday to Sunday from 7.00 to 10.00 in the breakfast room located on the ground floor.
Where can I park my car?
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel (80 m) there is a garage for small or medium cars. The entrance is outside the ZTL zone (restricted traffic area). Closing: from 1.00 to 5.30.
